Pro Tools 7.4 M Powered on Windows 7 fix
Some of you may have tried, as I have, to run Pro Tools 7.4 on Windows 7 and life is not good. When you try and start the program you get “Failed to start program 0xc0000005″. Even trying to put it into Win XP compatibility mode does not help. It’s not a problem with the operating system surprisingly, it’s a problem with IE8. Yay, who gives a crap about IE??? No way to truly uninstall it from Win 7, only disable it. So, simply merge this registry file into your registry and you’re all fixed up! Kudos goes out to Moonshizzle Productions for this fix! Thanks guys!!!
